1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. Requests made after this 30-day period will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- You must provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
3. Return Shipping Fees
- For Defective or Incorrect Items (Seller's Fault): If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, we will cover all return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label via email.
- For Customer Remorse (Buyer's Fault): If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal dislike, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at info@carolinaairteam.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request within 1 - 2 business days and provide the return shipping address and instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping service.
5. Inspections and Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email that we have received your returned package.
- If your return is approved, we will immediately initiate a refund to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
- You will receive the credit within 3 - 7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
6. Restocking Fees
We DO NOT charge any restocking fees for any returned items.
