1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer transparent, flat-rate shipping for all orders within the continental United States. Shipping charges for your order are calculated based on your total order value before taxes and discounts:
  • Orders of $100.00 and over: FREE Shipping
  • Orders under $100.00: $6.95 Flat Rate Shipping

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier peak seasons or severe weather conditions.
2. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)
  • All orders are processed and packed within 1 - 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you immediately via email.
3. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information usually becomes active and scannable within 24 hours.
4. Taxes and Duties
We are only responsible for state and local sales taxes collected at checkout where applicable. Any additional fees, local customs, or tariffs imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Damages & Lost Packages
If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team immediately at our official contact email. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before a claim is filed.
